Keto/Low carbs chocolate cake

生酮朱古力海棉蛋糕


準備材料:

-無糖純可可粉25g

-Whipping cream 65g

-Erythritol 40g

-蛋黃3隻

-蛋白3隻




烘焙做法:


蛋黃漿:

-取一器皿

-將可可粉和蛋黃及cream混合打發備用


濕性蛋白打發:

-取另一器皿

-將Erythritol 分次加入蛋白打發至挺身


混合蛋黃漿及蛋白:

-以拌切法把打發好蛋白分次加入蛋黃漿慢慢輕力攪拌


4.倒入6吋模

5.焗爐160度焗40分鐘
