胡椒豬肚豬骨湯


後生一輩既我地飲湯無分四季

不過呢一款湯冬天飲一定暖笠笠❤️



📍準備D咩:

-豬肚 一個

-白胡椒粒 一湯匙

-薑片 適量

-豬骨

-咸酸菜 半棵

-腐竹

-白果





📍點樣煮:

-豬肚豬骨汆水備用



-咸酸菜洗淨清水浸2小時

-白胡椒粒打碎炒香




-加滿水

-加入所有食材(腐竹除外)煮一小時

-加入腐竹煮10分鐘。調味,完成。
