生酮千張手打蝦滑卷

屋企有小朋友

平常既餸菜可能好快就感覺到悶

所以做媽咪既,成日要諗下有咩新煮意😋

今次👦🏻👧🏻話想食蝦餅!


所以我地又試下用千張整個手打蝦滑卷😋

📍要準備d咩?

•虎蝦蝦仁

•千張

•紫菜

•雞蛋2隻

•芫茜少量

•生酮蝦粉



📍點樣整?

•用電動搞拌器打蝦滑,如比較乾身可加少少芝麻油/牛油果油,加入雞蛋,加入芫茜碎,調味料打至起膠備用




•用千張及紫菜做層次,塗上蝦膠

•捲成自己喜歡的形態



•於蝦卷面層塗上少少蛋液後170度焗15-20分鐘(視乎不同焗爐而定)
