低醣生酮糖醋豬腩肉


準備食材:


肥豬腩(連皮最好味)

蒜粒

生抽

老抽

蘋果醋

赤藻糖醇




烹飪做法:


-先慢慢煎熟豬腩肉備用

-用豬腩肉的油份加入蒜粒爆香,增加香味

-加入煎熟豬腩肉

-加入水剛好蓋面豬腩肉

-加入一湯匙生抽,一湯匙老抽

-加入二湯匙赤藻糖醇,一湯匙蘋果醋

-大火煮滾轉中火忟2小時至收水


(今次試用新煲只需45分鐘,一般約1.5-2小時慢慢忟,大家要睇火)
