低醣乾炒牛河


所需準備材料:


-草飼牛肉300G

-洋蔥

-芽菜

-韮皇

-蔥

-薑絲

-蒟蒻粉皮

-蛋液一湯匙



烹調做法:


-牛肉先用豉油,油,蛋液,赤糖醃2-4小時入味

-熱油炒牛肉半熟(待用)


-熱油炒香洋蔥加入粉皮略煎



-加入芽菜,蔥段略炒

-將待用的半熟牛肉加入略炒


-加入適量豉油,老油及韮皇炒炒炒!完成!
