低碳黑松露帶子豆意粉

用豆意粉取替了一般高碳水的意粉,味道依舊但就能更照顧好身體的健康❤️


準備材料: ♦️帶子 ♦️黑松露橄欖油 ♦️黑松露醬 ♦️洋蔥 ♦️粉紅岩鹽 ♦️黑胡椒 ♦️Whipping Cream ♦️Slendier有機豆意粉





  1. 豆意粉煮4-5分鐘待用

  2. 煎香帶子待用

  3. 黑松露橄欖油爆香洋蔥

  4. 加入有機豆意粉略炒

  5. 加入黑松露醬略炒

  6. 想重汁就加whipping cream

  7. 上碟伴上已煎香的帶子就完成✅
